We're taking care of the shipping charges! Standard Ground U.S.P.S is Free!*

( Included for continental U.S.A. only) so there are no hidden charges unless you’re ‘Shipping Address’ is in the state of Florida, in which case there is 6.0% sales tax.

We also offer USPS Express mail and Priority mail (additional charge). Express and Priority services are contingent on in-stock availability.

Amtraco.com also delivers to APO, FPO, American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Mariana Island, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands addresses with valid U.S.P.S zip codes. All deliveries to these areas will incur a $6.00 charge for delivery via the United States Post Office.

In-stock orders received by 2:00pm EST will be shipped within 24 hours or on the next business day, unless otherwise noted on certain items. All items are shipped from East Coast locations. For the most reliable delivery, we recommend having your item shipped to your business address.

For International Orders:

International customers are responsible for any shipping and applicable duty charges.
Payments are in U.S. funds!

Please call us, EMAIL US or fax us for a shipping cost. When requesting a worldwide shipping cost. Please include your complete address (including any postal code) as well as the product you are interested in so we may provide you with an accurate shipping cost.
Postal insurance is buyers responsibility and can be added by request at additional cost.

Returns Policy

Returns are easy, and for most returns you need to contact us. Read the policy below for packing instructions.

Within 90 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items for a Shopping credit (We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):

Any item in its original condition, original packaging and accessories or custom orders.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which may be used any time toward your purchases at Amtraco.com. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)

Packing and Sending Your Return

Once you wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address on the shipping label.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number, the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the appropriate address below:
